We have a variety of easy ways for you to shop, depending on your needs and shopping preference. For example, you can browse our home page, which always displays the most popular gift ideas, or you can use our Product Search Section to shop. It's divided into four categories for your shopping convenience.

  3. Shop By Price
    Price ranges are offered here so if you have a certain amount you want to spend, you can quickly find all the flowers and gifts we offer within your budget.
  4. Keyword or Item# Product Search
    Many customers have a specific gift in mind. Just enter a keyword in the box and items matching the word will be provided. You can also enter the item number of a product you like from the FTD.com print catalog and we'll find it for you.

How to Place an Order

Once you've selected the perfect gift, placing an order is easy. Just click "Add to Cart" and your item is added to your Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart lets you make multiple purchases of different gifts that can be sent to multiple addresses. At this point, you can either "Continue Shopping" or "Checkout."

Do You Have a Personal Account?

Once you're ready to checkout, you're asked if you have a personal account. If you do, but have not yet signed in, select the checkbox "Use My Account For Speedy Checkout" to login and access your stored information. Note: You don't need a FTD.com Personal Account to place an order.

Secure Order Processing

Order processing is encrypted for all customers who have browsers that are capable of transmitting or receiving encrypted data. If your Web browser doesn't support encryption, you may simply place your order by phone (800-SEND-FTD promotion code 19139).

Personal Account Customers

If you have a FTD.com Personal Account, billing information is automatically entered onto the order form. Recipient information is also entered if you select a name from your online address book. Also, you can be reminded about this occasion again through our Reminder Service and calendar. Open a FTD.com Personal Account today and enjoy the benefits!

Use Your Address Book

FTD.com Personal Account customers who have entries in an online address book can select a recipient's address and have the information automatically filled into the order form. If the recipient is not listed, remember to add the person to your address book when you enter the recipient's information.

Confirming Your Order

After you complete the order form and click "Continue," a page appears with the information you've entered and the details of your order. If the information is accurate, click "Place Order." If changes need to be made, select the appropriate link: Edit Billing Info, Edit Delivery Info, Edit Gift Message, Edit this product, Edit Add Ons or Add Balloons, Bears, Chocolates, or a Greeting Card to your gift. Then make the corrections, re-verify your information, click "Continue," and finally "Place Order."

Once you submit your order, an instant acknowledgment page is returned that includes your total charges and your order number. Please print the acknowledgment page for your records. You'll receive e-mail from FTD.com within a few hours of order placement. This confirms that we have received and accepted your order.

Credit Card Process

FTD.com bills your credit card at the point of sale to ensure that the gift you've chosen will be reserved until delivery.

Once you click "Place Order" in the check-out process, FTD.com will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card. If there is a problem securing this authorization, you'll be notified and prompted to use another credit card.

Paypal Process

FTD.com charges your Paypal account at the point of sale to ensure that the gift you've chosen will be reserved until delivery. If there is a problem securing this authorization, you'll be notified and prompted to use another payment method.

Bill Me Later Process

Order now, pay later! Fast and easy, Bill Me Later offers an extra level of security, since there's no physical card or card number to use when making a purchase.

Service Fees

Shipping Charges

Taxes - Will be added to all orders being delivered to Illinois, New York, New Jersey, North Dakota, Texas, Arkansas, Georgia, Connecticut, California and Florida. Reimbursement of GST costs will apply to Canadian orders.

 

Cancellations
To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping. However, if your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order.

Returns
To provide you with the best possible service, you can return your order for replacement or refund.

Flowers & Perishable Products
If you have received a defective product, we will replace that product to your satisfaction. To receive replacement product, please call us at 1-800-SEND-FTD (1-800-736-3383).

Specialty Gifts
Specialty gift items that are non-perishable may be returned for any reason, for a full refund (within 30 days of receipt of the item) provided the items are returned unopened with the original packing materials and documentation.

Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the specialty gift item, but the original and return shipping cost will not be refunded. To return an item, please call us at 1-800-SEND-FTD (1-800-736-3383).

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned gift item. You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within seven to fourteen days of our receiving your return.
